Review: On March 19, 2016, at approximately 12:00pm, I, with my nephew, went to this driving range location. There is a current sign posted on the door to "do it yourself" and use their automatic ball machine, as there were no employees to assist. Therefore, I inserted $10.00 into the automatic machine and waited for our golf balls to be dispensed. They never did. The machine never refunded our money as there is no button to request a refund. I have called their phone number of ###-###-#### daily, with no response and there is also no answering machine. I also sent a written letter to them, asking them to either refund my money or send me a coupon worth $10.00 for the next visit. I've heard nothing. I may not have given it as much time as necessary, but SOMEONE should be manning their phones, intercepting their mail, etc. After all, this is a business!Desired Settlement: I would either like a $10.00 refund or send me a coupon worth $10.00 for my next visit. I'm not even sure if they are in business any longer, since their phone number of 814-288-3333 is now disconnected or no longer in service. Please help! Thank you!
