I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They have refunded the extra money that I had to pay to get the floors finished to my satisfaction. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.[redacted]
This complaint has been resolved and [redacted] has also changed her complaint on Google to a 4 star. [redacted] was trying to contact us thru a website that was not a responsive website. I called her because I had not heard from her and that was when I found out she was trying to contact us thru the...
