D. B. Gulliver & Son Roofing

We had them come out to repair roof of a back outside room. There was soft wood on the roof in severl places. When I spoke to [redacted] she said to me when I asked her what they was going to do. She told me repair the old rotted wood and put on a rubber roof. On the morning of 02/10/2014 at 8:10am. The worker called to tell me that they're the roofers to make repair on the roof. He said that they are going to dry me in due to we are to be getting rain coming soon. I said ok. So they did do that I thought. Nobody came to tell me they were leaving and left. I received a call from the roofer to say to put the check the in the mail. My husband went up on top the roof to check to see if they were done he said there is gaps lifting up in areas, and they did not replace any wood that was soft or rotted. I called to tell them and Mr. [redacted]r came out to see us and see what are problem was. We showed him, the areas in question. He was surprised I could see it in his face. My husband [redacted]r said to him he wants these areas redone. Mr. [redacted]r said no he was not going to re do it. I said It cannot be left like that there is gaps where the roofing is lifting up and the rotted or soft wood is still there. The one area is so bad that the rood is rotted out between the framing. It was covered over that area that was already like that rotten. Then he says to us when we are demanding the work to be redone. If the city seen this it would be condemned.We asked him how long is the warranty? Mr [redacted]r said 10 Years. We asked for it in writing he said he would put it in writing. I called today and spoken to the company [redacted] was yelling at me when I said I was going to call and make a complain with Revdex.com, News Paper and such. I don't think this is good that they do this work and don't fix the rotted wood and just cover up the wood. Please help us with this problem. We have limited funds and cannot afford to pay for this kind of work. We have not sent out the check for work as yet do to the work not done rigt
