The customer that has filed a complaint with the Revdex.com has a documented profile and feedback incident in our customer database I have included a summary of that incident for your review following my response In the information he submitted to the Revdex.com, his complaint has two components, one regarding a text offer that I am aware of, and one regarding Bingo that I show no record of In response to the Text Sioffer:We have verified that he received the text sioffer in March of 2016, and this offer is only available once per customer He admitted that he did receive it once, however, it appears he is trying to “game the texting system”, by re-enrolling in order to receive the offer multiple times We have explained the decision to him more than once, and at this point we are choosing not to respond any further to his complaint Multiple employees have stated that he becomes agitated quickly when he doesn’t get the answer he would like, and will readily swear at our employees when he is angered He is a valuable customer, however, his complaint was not supported by any data from either our slot management database, or the vendor that we work with for our text campaigns In response to the Bingo Issue:The customer should submit a detailed description of his complaint using one of our paper forms, or it may be more convenient to submit it via the internet using our online form at https://everesthosted.net/OneidaWeb/webform.asp Please contact me if I can be of any further assistanceThank you, [redacted] Assistant Marketing Director - Promotions | Oneida [email protected](920)

to purchase part of her bingo package, this is a regulation that Oneida adheres too.  Ms. [redacted] failed to sign her original bingo receipt; this is a house rule that is required in order to prove ownership of the patrons products purchased for the session being played. The rules are announced prior to the start of the session and those announcements include the requirement of the customer signature in order to be paid.
