We are very sorry for Mr. [redacted]'s wait in finishing this job.  Originally, this project was proposed in 2 phases with the emergency work being completed immediately and the remaining work being completed at a later date.  Our priority was to remove the tree from his house as soon as...

possible so he could begin repair work.  The remaining tree on the fence was discussed on 3/30/18 and our arborist suggested a more economic strategy that Mr. [redacted] agreed to.  The suggestion was to utilize different equipment so Mr. [redacted] wouldn't have to pay for the more expensive crew or a police detail, this resulted in a later date for completion of the job.  We would like to offer that before this storm our company was completely booked for 3-5 weeks (depending on which crew) so Mr. [redacted] having to wait for non-emergency work is normal.  We had to reschedule many homeowners' projects because we were helping people remove trees from IN and ON their homes.  This also resulted in longer wait times for non-emergency work.  Mr. [redacted] has not been invoiced for any work done and will not be until the job is finished.  We have not heard from Mr. [redacted] since his conversation with our arborist at the end of March. We wish he would've called our office rather than file a complaint.
