If so, send me a copy of your printed Bank statement showing that transaction and I will have the money refunded to youEverything we see shows that there was a hold on that dollar amount on your card, as per your order and when the Order was cancelled the hold on the funds should have cancelledI’m gathering that you see it as a completed transaction and you are out the moneySo, if you would send me a copy of the bank statement showing that transaction amount from Bailey’s, you will get a full refundJust take a felt tip pen to any information you don’t want me to see as in the account number and any other purchasesRegards***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me on the condition that I receive a full refund for the sum total that was captured from meThere is no resolution to the fact that this website is a gateway for fraudulent activity (my debit card information was stolen)However, if they refund me for the money that was captured immediately upon payment (for an item that was never received nor given any notice regarding the status of the item as it was backordered) I will find this resolution "acceptable." I would like this company to pay attention to the poor customer service that initiated this complaint and the chargeback I have had to issue to retrieve the money that was captured immediately without any confirmation or followup through customer serviceIt is appalling and I will continue to make complaints should this refund NOT be issued

I can’t “undo” that one. The 2nd issue is regarding the order [redacted] the order was for 263.35. 1 pair of 9.5D Red Dawg Boots. I gather that your records show we charged you for it and never shipped it to you. Is that correct? If so, send me a copy of your printed Bank statement showing that transaction and I will have the money refunded to you. Everything we see shows that there was a hold on that dollar amount on your card, as per your order and when the Order was cancelled the hold on the funds should have cancelled.
