On November 25 2013, I paid for 6 months of service (order XXXXXXXXXXXXX) but I have few problem with my account, I filed a dispute with Paypal and they decide to disable my account and services until the this issue (dispute) is resolved (their words). The Paypal dispute was closed on their favor since Paypal does not cover any intangible services. On January 29 I sent an email asking if they could restore my account (since the dispute was closed), and they replied that my account has been suspended for possible fraud.On a different email, they said that my account could be reinstated for a fee of 25$!!!, I have copies of all the emails, I would like to get this issue resolved. Or I get my account restored with the 6 months service that I'm already paid for it, or get a refund for the service that I paid.
