Review: I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company. My most recent issues started back in November when I attempted to cancel my auto ins. with my agent. It is now June 18th and I am still trying to cancel my policy to a veh. that I no longer own. I have now had to go direct to the insurer to see if they can help me. My Agent, [redacted], never answers her phone and the only time I can get her to respond to my emails is when I send them to [redacted], her boss, and cc her. It has been 3 mos working on cancelling my homeowners. I will never do business with them again.Desired Settlement: I want my policies with this company cancelled as previously stated in the letters sent to them via mail and email and my monies refunded to me.

The new carrier called us to cancel and then received another call from [redacted] not to cancel because new carrier had found some issues and we were asked not to cancel. At this point everything has been cancelled with us.
