D bar E Pet Grooming

I took my dog to get his haircut at D bar E Pet Grooming with the owner, on Friday November 1, 2013, and on that same day I noticed that my dog kept on licking his private part which continued to the day after and got worse on Saturday night. That night, I took a closer look and saw that my dog's private part was really swollen and red and there was a small cut on the tip. The hair around his private was SUPER short as if shaved and it was evident that my dog was cut during his grooming appointment. I called the owner, on Sunday morning November 3, 2013, and told her what happened and that if the cut got worse, they would have to cover the vet bill. The owner immediately raised her voice and began to yell at me saying that I abused my dog for letting his hair grow out. She never once apologized or took any responsibility for what happened at her facility. I will NOT be going to D bar E Pet Grooming EVER AGAIN. Horrible customer service and worst attitude ever. For being the owner, she does NOT know how to own up to her mistakes. Regardless, The owner should have never began to yell at me or accuse me of abusing my dog for growing his hair out. The cut or swelling was never there before his grooming appointment. The owner gave no concern and immediately blamed me for her own mistake. She doesn't care about the dogs she works on. The owner is heartless and absolutely careless.
