D-Bat Lakeside

This company claims to sponsor a local Texas little league (South Garland Little League), but instead they use the little league as a hunting ground for unsuspecting parents and players to prey upon. On a demo day, this company had sales reps demo bats to children that were supposedly approved for use in the local little league. And after asking several times, I was assured that the bats my children were shown and ultimately chose could be used in the local little league. After spending hundreds of dollars, I found that one of the bats was not league approved and this company refused to take the bat back. The bat had been removed from its plastic packaging, but had never been used. My child never even swung the bat. But the company rudely refused to offer any alternative even though it was their sales persons that misinformed me of the legality of the bat. They were unwilling to rectify this situation in any way and basically said "Screw you - we already have your $552.05). So I literally paid hundreds of dollars for a baseball bat that my child never used and can never use in the future. And this company refused to attempt any solution to resolve the issue. No refund.. No exchange.. No store credit... Nothing.
