Review: I purchased approx. $450 worth of product (and received several "free" items) on a Wednesday. According to the receipt and signage around the cart/station where these products are sold full refund within 7 days with receipt. I returned on Sunday (4 days later) to return 3 of approximately 12 items that I received 4 days prior because it dried my skin out. Rather than politely return my money as requested I was offered additional products on an exchange. I was told because I had opened the products a full refund could not be offered. I was told because I received "free" items it wouldn't be fair to the company to give me a full refund. I don't recall any other excuses but I was offered plenty those are the ones that bothered me most. Needless to say none of that is noted ANYWHERE in fine print on any of the items (receipt or signage) that quotes the return policy. After plenty of arguments and a phone call to [redacted] (assuming he is the owner/manager) but definitely the person that sold me the products, I received a portion of my money. The products returned (only 2) were purchased at $160 (excluding taxes), but I received $127 as a refund, definitely less than a full refund. I would like the rest of my money because this is false advertising. You even see it is printed on the recent full refund with receipt in 7 days. Because the free items were an issue I offered to return ALL products for my moneyDesired Settlement: I would like the remaining $40 (plus tax) that I did not receive to truly receive the full refund. I also wanted to file this complaint to put the business and it's false advertising out to the public so others know to avoid this shop or any other location that sells this Deja Vu products. I learned from a complaint I posted on facebook there are several distributors of this product. They ALL should be avoided.
