We used D. Butler Bookkeeping, LLC since June of 2012 for bookkeeping and taxes preparation. [redacted] did not file most of our taxes, from the Town, State, and Federal levels, and the few filed were significantly late. This is causing a backlog of tax issues for us with major penalties and interest that we are trying to clean up now with our new bookkeeper. We did let her go, and she said she would send us an up to date [redacted] file, but we have nothing of what she has supposedly done for a year. Because of these issues, and the money it is costing, we are thinking about closing down our business that we worked very hard for 10 years to grow.
