satisfactory to me.  
Jay called me on March 19th  and scheduled a time for me to be at the garage on saturday 22nd.  They did complete the work on my car and have asked me to reschedule to come back and get the alignment done again. After much delay, the problem has now been corrected with the part the was not completed originally. thanks!

[redacted] was very attentive and helpfull when item was advertized and sold on Ebay. After sale, fee paid, and item picked up, no response from inquiry regarding Bill of sale and title for item. I still cannot register vehicle in California because of lack of title or bill of sale. I cannot get any response from [redacted] via emails or phone call. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
