Addressing Mr. [redacted]'s complaint he brought his truck in for repair on March 24th 2015, we called him via telephone to address his vehicle's issues and with the quote to repair it. There were two different quotes given one basic repair which...
was $253.80 for a brake master switch and labor, one with additional work to be done for control arm bushings,and shocks which also included the brake master switch for $683.16. We called him with the quotes, tied up our rack waiting on him to give a yes or no to go ahead with the work, called him several times to no avail because his boss would not give him the go ahead. Finally the next afternoon he gave us the go ahead to do the full repair for $683.16. This is the amount quoted, he did not bring in any paper showing a different amount, that is a fantasy, good try. This repair would have cost hundreds of dollars more at other repair facilities. Customer is totally mistaken or worse not telling the truth.
