Review: I purchased a vehicle on 04/05/2014, a 2006 Chrysler Pacifica, from D and C Auto Sales, also known as, D n D Auto Sales. Before purchase, the salesman agreed to servicing the vehicle before I picked the vehicle up the next day. The engine light and ABS light was on and he said that both lights will be off. The next day, I showed up to pick up my vehicle and to pay the rest of my down payment money. The salesman was there when I arrived and the vehicle was still in the back supposedly being serviced. So, I paid the salesman the down payment money and signed the bill of sale. The salesman immediately left after I signed the bill of sale. I had to go to another person to finish the paperwork. After the bill of sale was signed, I was told by another employee that the vehicle has been in an accident, but they still charged me the book value of a reconditioned/ salvaged vehicle. She let me know this after the bill of sale was signed and the salesman, Bill, had left for the day. I find out later that, Bill, no longer is employed there. After completing the paperwork, when they were about to close for the evening, the vehicle was in the front and supposedly ready for me. As I entered the vehicle, I seen that the engine light was still on, and the ABS light was still on. I made mention that it was still on, so a mechanic, they say had 30 years of experience working for Chrysler, tried to get the light off with a device that he plugged into the vehicle, but it didn't work. I was told to just bring it back on Monday, and that it was safe to drive because they were closing (this was on a Saturday). When I left the dealership, I drove to a nearby gas station to fill up and the vehicle cut completely off after making strange sounds at the gas pump. I drove back to the dealership, that's when I asked for my money back. I was told by that I couldn't have a refund.I went back on Monday so that the vehicle could be supposedly be worked on. I was told that they couldn't get the engine light off nor the ABS light and that I had to go to the dealership and have the dealership turn it off. I mentioned that my payments (after a $1500 down payment) was $222.75 for the first four weeks, supposedly for taxes and tags, $75 a week after the four weeks was up, and that I cannot afford to be ripped off or pay for repairs on a vehicle that I just put my last into and is under their warranty. The warranty was 30 days Engine and Transmition. Since I still had problems with the vehicle, and the engine light staying on, I feel as though my warranty has been violated. They say that when I signed the contract that it was a "binding contract", and they could sell me a bad vehicle that needed repairs because of that. So basically, they said that I was stuck with the vehicle even though I didn't want it since the very first day it had cut off, the salesman disappeared, and I was told that I couldn't have my money back.I tried and I tried to get them to honor their warranty, but they didn't want to do so. The warranty period was up on 05/05/14. I had nothing done to the vehicle, and the vehicle still gave me problems putting and cutting off, and the engine light and ABS light stayed on. As soon as they could, they repossessed the vehicle, on 05/16/2014, and jacked the price so high that I couldn't afford to get it back $884.00, even though I originally didn't want it. I've decided to let them keep the vehicle so that I could take the proper steps towards getting my money back. Since then, they have sold the vehicle at an auction and mailed me a letter of the remaining balance they say I owe them of over $5500! I think they may have purchased the vehicle again themselves to sell it again. This was the worst car buying experience I've ever had.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my $1500 down payment money back. I do not wish to do any more business with this car dealership.

Review: I purchased a kia sportage 2000 from this dealer, that I wish I hadn't now. I had it for a year and my windows stopped working, they were supposed to have a company fix the muffler on it, they didnt because the car was loud and the whole exhaust needed to be replaced, I had to put a new starter and alternator on it, just recently the brakes went out on me I had to replace the wheel cylinder and when I did that I discovered that one of the suspension springs was rusted and completely broken off. I could have had a bad accident because of this or flipped. These people are a rip off and should not even be in business. Before the windows stopped working altogether I took it to them to fix and that lasted not even 24 hours. They just want customers to keep bringing the cars back to them so they can keep making money.Desired Settlement: The outcome I would like to have is a refund of the money for the car, that they should not even sold and some kind of repremand done to this company because I know they are doing this same underhanded practice to other people.

Review: Paid company a $200.00 deposit on Feb. 14, 2014 for a motor for a 2004 grandam. Picked up motor on Feb. 26, 2014 paid remaining balance of $300.00. Questioned sales person about the motor looked like it had been in a fire they said motor works they started it up in a car. This is not true the mechanic working on my car told us once we took it to him there was no way it could have started up in a car everything in it was burnt up. Called company explained what happened they said there was a restock fee if we brought it back which was not indicated on receipt or told to me and said they could try to find me another one. When I took it back one of the men there was real nasty and very arrogant. I work in law enforcement so I have to keep my cool. After waiting a week I picked up another motor on March 19, 2014, my mechanic said this motor is rusted out and looks as if its been sitting out in bad weather. Screws are rusted etc. He said I should get my money back and go somewhere else. When I called back to the company explained to them what my mechanic said they told me I wasn't going to get my money back and got really nasty. They told me to enjoy the motor sir. This is not good business. I paid $500 for this piece of crap. I want my money back. My wife is the one who paid for the motor because its for her car and she said if it comes down to it she will take them to court. She has already contacted her lawyers to she what she should do. The only reason I went to this company to purchase a motor was because we had gotten on for a ford pick up some time ago and it has worked fine and I picked up one for my neighbor for her car and she didn't have any issues either. If I had known this was going to turn out like this I would have carried my business somewhere else as I plan to do in the future. I will also inform my other family members and friends never to do business with these people because they are rude, down right nasty and arrarrogant. We have to drive at least a hour to and from this business. I just want my money back and to never deal with them again. I gave them cash money and that's what I want back. You can't sell items to a customer that don't work and expect them not to want a refund especially after having problems with this twice.Desired Settlement: They have tried twice to give us a motor that does not work. I just want my $500.00 back and to never have to deal with this company again.
