D & C Fence Company Inc

On July 5 & 6th of 2012 D&C Fence company was contracted to install sections of PVC fence on each side of my house, with a double gate on one side. After the work was completed I called [redacted], D&C owner, to inform him that posts on the double gate side were not in line. ** came out verified that with me and told me that he would take care of it. On August 15th he finally came back to make the adustments. ** also informed that one of the gates was warped, a manufacture defect, and that he was going to replace it also. D&C worked that day resetting the posts. They decided not to put the fence back together in order to give the concrete on the posts time to set before continuing. On August 30 I received a notice from [redacted] that the work would not be completed untill I paid an addional $[redacted]. Basically trying to extort me for more money. I had a lawyer call Mr [redacted] in my behalf at which time he said he would wave any extra charges and would come back and finish the job but, he needed time, untill the end of September. Mr [redacted] also said he had the replacement gate. It is now the end of October and there has been no response from Mr [redacted]. My fence is still in pieces in the yard.
