I contracted with this moving company to move from Ohio to MichiganEverything about this move has been a disasterThe movers arrived over hours late and only moved half of my belongingsThey moved them to a storage facility no more than miles away from my home because "they are not authorized to move across state lines"When on the phone with the original moving specialist (John ***), he told the local movers that they could "keep my stuff and sell it because they are fired"When I was finally able to speak to John *** again, he agreed to send more movers to my home to get the rest of my things and pick up the things that are in storageWhile he did send more movers to my home, all they did was move all of my belongings into the storage facilitiesAt that point, John said he would call me the next day (three days after the original move was to take place)He has yet to call or answer when I callAll of my belongings are still in his storage facility and I have no recourse to get them backTo make matters worse, he insistent that I use a certified check to pay for the deposit, rather than using a credit card, so I have no way to get my money or belongings backThe company website is a sham and only uses stock photographs and reviews from the wordpress pre-created themes

I am rejecting this response because: this is not true. The reply aboveis not true. This business doesnot answer my calls. they did not contact me or communicate to me any information in regards to where is my stuff at. I still demand a reimbursement of the 10,000$ which is what my stuff worthand refund of my deposit or they deliver or provide proof that they still have my stuff.

The company has 21 business days to deliver our customers items. The client is able to take their things from our storage facility at any time during the relocation process.
