I’m the owner of Austin Roofing and I have copied my office staff along with Mrs*** on this email I personally spoke with Mrs*** on the phone regarding carpet replacement and deducting the amount on our invoice and allow her to find a local carpet company to replace the carpet
in her home as it is not a service we provide I felt it would be better for her to choose her own contractor and a local company located in Wimberley TX I then sent here the email below about the other items that have not been addressed yet and never heard back from her Also, below that email is an email from the Insurance adjuster we received on 10/21/approving additional work that was filed by Mrs *** Bottom line is we would like to deduct the items below to allow her to choose her own local contractor and just pay us for the services rendered which is the roof and gutters We are not avoiding Mr*** in any way and offer multiple solutions I happy to handle all the repairs or deduct the amounts and have her choose local contractors and use the money to pay them directly
