Review: Bought an expensive sub zero refrigerator from Bonnycastle appliance and they recommend DC Kitchens for doing the wood cabinet face to match the previous cabinets. We went with the stores recommendation and ordered the doors and after waiting from 11-19-2012 to 2-22-2013 to get the doors, the bottom of one of the doors started to peel with in the 1st month and has progressed since. The owner of DC Kitchens has been out to see the problem and said he would talk to the factory, but nothing has happened since. While the owner of DC Kitchens has been pleasant, this is just unacceptable work and very frustrating for all the money invested.

To Whom It May Concern,
On Feb. 4th, I wrote to inform you that I had been in touch with Mrs. [redacted],
and I would let you know what was being done to resolve the complaint. I have
since been out to the [redacted]'s house, removed the refrigerator door panel, returned
it to the factory (where they refinished the panel,) and just today, went back out
to their house and re-installed the panel on the refrigerator. I informed her that there
was moisture in between the center panel and frame which apparently caused the
problem, but that it was dried out before the refinishing was done. Although she
was somewhat perplexed, she was pleased with the appearance of the door panel.
I mentioned I would be in touch with Revdex.com, so as to inform you that the problem/
complaint had been resolved.
If there is no further action due on my part, I would appreciate a letter from Revdex.com
affirming the resolution of this matter.
