I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. The provider has not offered any remedy. The driveway has been in disarray for nearly ten months and Mr C[redacted] has made no attempt to remedy the situation. The condition of the driveway is beyond repair in my estimation. I will proceed with other action against Mr. C[redacted].
