Dear [redacted],   I received a letter from you today in regards to a complaint made by one of our past tenants here at Metro Self Storage. I attempted to call our past tenant [redacted] today to apologize and explain our refund policy, but was unable to...

reach her. We apologize for any confusion or inconvenience to [redacted], but in the contract that [redacted] signed  and received a copy of, it does state that we do not issue refunds and we do not prorate rent. We do offer a courtesy refund to our customers who pay in advance and move out within seven days or less of the start of their new month of use. But this was not the case for [redacted] as she moved out in the middle of her rental month. So maybe this is where any confusion may have come from. [redacted] also received a copy of her move out receipt that showed at the bottom that refund was retained.   Once again, we do apologize for any confusion or inconvenience to [redacted].   Thanks, [redacted]
