Would not set up an appointment for me for A/C repair on the phone. Extremely poor customer service
An 8/9/13 my A/C system failed, I contacted D&D who has serviced this unit since installation in 2007 and was told by [redacted] customer service, they were booked until after 5 pm and it would be too expensive to come out after 5 or on weekend. He did not offer me an appointment, just said try to turn A/C down and maybe it [redacted] click in or wait until Monday.We also suggested I should call answering service after reg, business hours if I needed A/C. D&D just serviced my unit in 3/25/13 and charged me the customary fees for replacement of blue light, coil guard and corrison grenade plus a new 2 yr maintenance contract which came to $540 They were happy to take my money but when I needed service they were not available to me and their customer svc person was rude on top of it. I wrote the owners [redacted] and [redacted] a certified letter on 8/12/13 and have received no response. Wrote another letter on 8/24/13. Nothing
