D & D Basement Waterproofing

Review: I hired the basement waterproofing company to install a system to keep the basement dry from water and mildew .There is a problem with the system and I have called three times and they do not even return my calls. I am breathing the stagnant water and my elderly mother who has copd is also effected by this. I need the problem resolved . The Paperwork said "dry for life Guaranteed" if they do not honor this it is a breach of contract . Finish the job or refund my cash.Desired Settlement: Fix it so the water drains properly and is not all over the floor.
