his account on 11/24/15. Unfortunately this took longer than it should have due to transitioning from one Software program to another for Electronic Medical Records and Billing. Our office reached out to Mr. [redacted] and confirmed that he did receive his refund. We also sent him some additional complimentary contact lenses for all of his trouble and inconvenience. My Director of Contact Lenses spoke with Mr. [redacted] and reported back that the patient was very pleased. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to address our patient’s concern.
