D & D Cleaning

Hello, We did owe [redacted] new replacement trees, which I had told her we would do in an email I sent to her on 9/2/16.    I stressed to her two separate times in the email that her guarantee would not be voided even though we were approaching the 1 year time guarantee...

time.  I realize she had to wait the Summer to have the one tree replaced, however we don't replace trees/lawns in the heat of the Summer for a couple reasons, heat/hot weather and availability in garden centers of plant material due to the heat,  (which I also explained in the same 9/2 email).  The other tree (coral bark maple) had just died a few weeks before her last email.In no way were we trying to delay things to void her guarantee.  If we were, I would have never told her in and email, that her guarantee would not be voided just a few weeks before she sent this complaint.  We have since replaced both trees in question and everything should be good now.Not sure how it got this far, but this is our position.

I found D & D Cleaning on the web page of the Revdex.com and I want to say that working with Dan & Debbie were great. The carpets look great and the floors shine beautifully and with Dan's recommendation I had someone he referred to help with my vinyl repair in the bathrooms. I will keep

D & D 's phone # in my phone book for future needs in the cleaning business I will recommend them to my friends and they do what they say "Quality work at a Fair prices.

My carpets were terrible; dog stains EVERYWHERE!!! I called and they were able to get me in SAME DAY!!! My carpets look the best they ever have!!! [redacted] also used a special enzyme to help eliminate the stains and odor. The price was absolutely affordable too!!! I will for sure be calling D & D Cleaning again!!!

Great price complete upstairs ~1,500 sq ft - $140.00. We have 3 cats, I vacuum really well, moved furniture and used fans to dry in 80% humidity. Someone spilt some red fingernail paint on the floor and they used an iron to extract it. Many spots where cats had a fur ball incident and they came clean. Look great after waiting 3 years to clean it. Enzymes are part of the treatment with no extra cost. Dan just needed an outside water spicket and took all the dirt water with him in his tank.

Excellent! [redacted] and[redacted] cleaned my parents recliners yesterday on a short notice and the best price in the valley. My mother called and said, "You should see the chairs...they sparkle!" Thank you SO much!
