I provide estimation services for Public Adjusters. We receive all payments via check by fax, followed by a bank draft for that amount with that same check number. Reliable Claims Adjusting paid us with two checks for $1,300 on 5/31/2013 and $1,290.00 on 6/04/2013. On or about 10/01/2013 Reliable Claims Adjusting contested our right to deposit the funds for services rendered. Claiming we had not agreement for payment, these funds were ripped form our bank account. [redacted] with Reliable Claims Adjusting has not been responsive to this matter. We have no clue as to why this would happen other than Mr. [redacted] committing a kind of fraud. I have all invoice, checks sent o us for payment, and vouchers used at the bank. I also have the work product we gave to the client for which we were paid.
