March 20, 2018Revdex.com Holiday Drive, Suite Pittsburgh, PA 15220To Whom It May Concern,This letter is in response to the letter your office sent to us that was dated 03/12/2018, ID# ***.The customer finished paying for his home January 11, There is no warranty work
by Skyline Corporation to start until home is paid for in full.Skyline Corporation is the company that warrants the homeSkyline subcontractor called this customer March 2, Customer did not respond for over a weekCustomer and Skyline service subcontractor san appointment for today March 20, The customer had Skyline service subcontractor phone number but decide to leave a note on each door instead of call the subcontractor telling them they needed to cancel their service appointmentThis subcontractor spent about a hour loading parts into his truck and then drove over miles one way to get to this homeThe subcontractor has lost day of work without pay and it has cost him money for fuel.I am returning response with pictures of the notes on the doorIf you have any questions please let me know.Sincerely,Daniel A** General Manager Ashland Homes

The customer is stating that he desires $3,for repairs to the basementfloor and door framingCustomer is claiming that he did not authorize finalpayment to the sub-contractorThe customer authorized Ashland Homes to paythe sub-contractor when he signed the check from the bank over to
AshlandHomes for final payment, which indicates he was completely satisfied with theentire job.A year and four months later customer let us know he was dissatisfied with hisconcrete floor because he thinks it isn’t four inches thick and he has four or fivesurface cracks that are hairline and are at the most eight inches longI have thebills of lading from the cement company that I’m attaching to this letter that showtwenty yards of concrete delivered for the basement floorThe size of thisbasement inside is 24’8”x58’4” by 4” thickThe concrete for this floor figures outto be cubic yardsIt is obvious that the floor is 4” thick and cubic yardswas delivered to the jobThere was an extra cubic yards was put into thisbasement floorThe hairline cracks in the basement floor are common fromshrinkage as the cement slowly dries and looses moistureI have attached anarticle about cracks that will educate everyone about them. The sub-contractor was to leave a rough opening in the foundation for thebasement door to the outsideThe customer was to install a door that he alreadyhadThe customer is not happy with rough opening sub-contractor left himThecustomer was able to properly install the door into this rough openingI amattaching the “Certificate of Occupancy” to show nothing wrong with the door oropeningIf there was a problem with way the door was installed there would nothave been a “Certificate of Occupancy” issued for this customer’s job.I hope this explanation and supporting paperwork clears these claims that havebeen brought up against Ashland HomesIf there were really any repairs thatneeding done Ashland Homes would have had the sub-contractor make therepairsAshland Homes cannot justify paying $3,to a customer forrepairing problems that do not exist.Sincerely,Daniel *A**General Manager
