Due to weather that month was not able to start on that day.Did notify next day due to the snow we would push backMost corner post were set back in corner due to not putting those there a post was set a foot back and tied in to other panelI explain to the home owner that it would be
as strong if was corner post thereWe did fill the cement back to wear we felt it should goI was told by home owner we were not allowed to step into next door propertyDue to they do not get alongStain on fence was given to them for Free Due to us cutting a tree branch cut by us to put fence up,There was Fence was put back in same spot as old fenceWhen I did go out to look at fence the first time there was wall not knowing it was feet deep on sideside of wall was inchwhen got to the other side north side of house I did call them to let them know it was feet deepWas going to take us longer also will be extra charge due to thick of cementI did explain to them the first day as long it was not over inch thick we would be ok .But if over might be extraI never once threatened to walk off job due to the thickness of wall*** had to make call to make sure it was ok with other home ownerShe did call back and said ok that's fine for wallOn wodden compost we called her told her we had to move it to put pickets inShe said that was fineWood was rotted due to being in ground for some timeI did ask her if she wanted it put back and she said no they did not need it there any moreSo we did haul away for her at no extra charge along with other trash she had thereAbout *** saying I needed the to get paid cause my guys needed it for Christmas is not trueI would never ask home owner that that is falsearea was not stained due to dirt that was there I did tell her after it warms up would go back and get that spotI do know that spot has to be doneits only on bottom maybe feet long inch from bottomI did call later to go out there to get that done never got a call backWhen she did ask me to be out there with my guys I didI did left about 30mins before they were done.so that night she called to ask question on stain I called my guy to see what part was not doneDue to I was going out next day to walk itJust so everyone knows I never threatened to leave job or demand money in any wasThat is the honest truthWe cleaned up the best we could working with snow.The other home owner was ok with job and approved it also did ***north side wing she wanted us to move at angle due to that when we put in it was flush with the other wingShe asked if I could move it in at angle the way she wanted I said okOther Home owner was ok with the angle and so the for it took them min to say move back. On the last day we did walk thru with home owner Both were Satisfied with workSaid we will leave check for you in full tomorrow .Just for the record I would never Threaten to walk off job at all.And would never ask for money to pay my guysSo I would be willing to sit with home owner
