The product is very poor quality, the employee was very rude, and they chose not to honor their 5 year warranty.
We received our floor in August 2013. Within two months, we noticed multiple scratches, even from our 2 pound tv tray. The employee, [redacted], came out and was extremely rude. He accused us of "abusing" our floor and that he would NOT honor his 5 year warranty. In addition, he informed me that I should have felted everything. Before this, I was never told to felt the bottom of everything. I informed him that I had a vinyl floor in another location for over five years, and never had a scratch, especially from a TV tray. He also said that I was using the wrong cleaner, which we discovered that was not true either. If the floor is high quality, a small tv tray should not scratch it. Again, they failed to honor their warranty.
