We received the deposit on July 5th 2016, [redacted] was told that there where customers ahead of him, he waited three months to deposit the project, right in the middle of a historical heat wave [redacted] thought calling and times a day would change his spot on our contracts to do board, then *** wanted us to supply window air conditioners for the tenants on the second floor at no cost to him, [redacted] also neglected to inform us that the A/C was non functional, we had believed the systems where working and [redacted] merely wanted to convert from oil to Natural Gas, along with new A/C units to update the systems, we refused to accommodate the purchase of the window air conditioners, we did however send over a team of Technicians to find out way the A/C was not working, we found the system not running, as the condensing unit was out of refrigerant, we charged the system to provide cooling, [redacted] continued to call several times a day because there where several elderly attorney's on the second floor and could not work in the heat Part of the contract that [redacted] wanted was to clean the duct work and AiroSeal the duct, the company that provides this service was also busy with customers whom had deposited jobs prior to [redacted] **te project, they had called several times during the previous two months trying to complete the project for Stan We contacted the contractor to schedule a cleaning and sealing, prior to installing the new equipment, the offered start times where forwarded to Stan, who was still calling repeatedly everyday he was advise that as soon as we had a date for the cleaning he would be notified, he called times throughout the day with no response from us, we received notification that the cleaning would start that Friday, we also sent a team to remove the equipment, we have been working to complete the contract since

[redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Last I checked, we are the customerWe honored the contract by paying in full, on-time, each timeWe did not receive any calls from D&D regarding delays until we called them first, a month laterOn a positive note - the system is inWe are waiting for the town and [redacted] to get us hooked in Sincerely, [redacted]

Complaint: 116***
I am rejecting this response because: it is an exaggeration of the factsWhile this response does employ humor, it does little to discuss the core issue or its resolutionThe facts are simply that D&D offers a good product but their service is spotty at bestPay and wait..............
Sincerely,
*** C***

*** may reject our response to his complaint, along with "there was humor added" But those are the facts, he was informed there were customers ahead of him they got on our schedule earlier in the seasonHe also waited until the middle of one of the hottest summers on record to make the first payment to order the equipment, most wholesalers were out of stock, he demanded that we install window air conditioners a week after his deposit was made, at our expense, also that there where several elderly attorneys working in degree heat We also repaired his existing A/ C at a cost of $to help the elderly attorneys, which will be billed to him, he never mentioned that it didn't work, he had almost months to initiate the so called gas conversion from oil, "to update the systems to gas and more efficient operations" all of a sudden everything is an emergencyWe brought one of the most reasonable Duct cleaning and Sealing Company's in, and they also had customers that scheduled prior to Stan, the systems needed to be cleaned and sealed to operate properly prior to installing new equipmentThis is more about very poor planing on Stan's part than anything
