In the fall of 2015, Daniel *** and his crew did major repairs on a 5,sqftcommercial building on my property and installed a metal roof and vinyl sidingThe building had been built in phases over the course of yearsIt had unique design issues and unusual anglesMr*** helped design the project to minimize irregularities and to provide a beautiful face lift to the front of the property Mr*** was very professional and worked hard to satisfy the agreement we made to improve the structure, even when he ran into unexpected issues I was very impressed with Mr ***'s knowledge, work ethic and the quality of the work his crew did for meThe work was finished on schedule, and I was thrilled with the outcomeThey did a great job of cleaning up after the project, and the building looked a thousand times better than before
After the first big rain, however, we realized that there was a leak at one of the irregular shaped angles on the roofI called Mr ***, who repaired the leak promptly I was surprised that he removed all of the metal in that area of the roof and reinstalled it with a larger flashing underneath the metal at the jointThat was much more work than I would have expected, but Mr*** said he wanted to make sure to resolve the issueThat fixed it, no more leaks
I was so happy with the work, in fact, that I called him back months later to install a new metal roof on my homeHis crew works so efficiently that the roof was finished in under two daysThe cost of these projects was very reasonable, and the waranty is excellentI highly recommend D & D Home Repairs and will definitely call them again when I need work done on my property
