Plumbing Contractor failed to repair septic system correctly
On May 20th 2013 D.D. [redacted] Plumbing Inc. of Monroe N.C. was hired to repair my Low Pressure septic system, I showed Mr [redacted] where in my yard that sewer water was coming to the surface. I told Mr. [redacted] I thought there was a broken pipe. He said he thought it was a water pressure problem on this leak. He repaired one other pipe on my system and adjusted all the pressure valves and said the system was repaired, in June the following month the Union county Department of Environmental Health Inspector came out to inspect my system and told me my Low Pressure System would not pass ** State standards because of a leak on the piping system. On X-XX-XXXX I contacted D.D. [redacted] Plumbing Inc. of Monroe about the failed misdiagnosis of my system and requested that he return to make the correct repair to the system free of charge since I had already paid him $892.50 for the original repair. Mr [redacted] has refused to make this repair without a charge.
