Takes 2 weeks to get a part ordered to get a heater fixed when in fact the work order is not complete and still don't have heat

On November 15th, I called my home warranty insurance to file claim with furnace. Getting no heat. D and D Mechanical were called to diagnose problem. Technician,came to residence on November 16th. Said new motor needed. Called ins company to have part ordered. The part was shipped to an incorrect address? Long delays. No call back from D and D mechanical or follow ups. Called D and D a lot of times, got their answering machine. Kept getting the run around. D&D blaming the insurance company. After 2 weeks of having NO HEAT in the house, technician came to residence 12/3 put in part, heat did come on, thought it was resolved. Only to find out later on, heat is still broken. D and D has refused to accept responsibility and misdiagnosis as well as delays on their behalf. I called D and D today, 12/4 I was very angry and stated that I still had no heat. And that I would like someone to come back today! Rep stated the technician closed work order, I needed to call the insurance company for a new work order, also stated that the technician was off today and didn't have an ETA of when the tech would call in the office.

Due to this horrible ordeal, I have gone over my cell phone minutes, I'm having to pay overage charges! I have a child. I can only stay with family members on the weekends, due to child in school. Space heaters can only do so much! I am a very dissatisfied customer! I will NOT use D & D again! I have requested to have another company come out and look at my furnace.
