D & D Paving

Review: Hired D&D Paving to pave driveway. Agreed upon 6200 square feet of asphalt at 2.5 inches thick. According to calculations and charts online, 6200 sq ft @ 2.5 inches would require 96 tons of asphalt. D&D only used 75 tons of asphalt which is 20% less than required. 30% of the driveway is only 1 inch thick. Have called them multiple times and left messages and still have not even received a return phone call. They also damaged the trim on one of my garage doors and left the driveway pitched towards the garage instead of away from the garage. Water is now pooling up in front of the garage door. Have been calling them for weeks to no avail. Very poor customer service.Desired Settlement: I have waited for a response from this company for over a month and would never allow them to do any work for me in the future. At this point the only resolution for me is to receive a refund of 25% of the money I paid them so that I could hire another more reputable company to fix the problems they have created.
