In response to the customers complaint. The wood floor was installed in May, 2015. Our sales person received a complaint May, 2016. He contacted the manufacture and set an appointment with the customer to inspect. The wood manufacture took...

an excessive amount time to research the problem, and determined that the industrial cleaner that they were using caused damage to the finish. They declined the claim.Once I got involved on August 19th 2016, I set an Appointment and inspected the product at the customers home on Aug. 25, 2016.
I had contacted the manufacture several times after my inspection, although I agreed with the findings I argued for an accommodation, due to the fact that they took so long to research the cleaner that was used, and gave false hope to the customer.
They agreed to replace the floor on Aug. 8th 2016. The customer then asked to change colors on the replacement floor. We were in the process of haggling with the manufacture about color when this complaint was filed with Revdex.com.
As of right now the product is in transit to us and we have set up an installation date with the customer of Oct. 10-12-2016.

Review: gave D&D Pools deposit of $2,000.00 for initial payment of first part of pool installation. Found out he was not licensed in Florida to install the pool. He went back to New York with my money and he will not respond to my appeals.Found out he was going to install a pool that the Florida soil could not accept and it would have de-valued my home.Desired Settlement: I want my $2,000.00 returned to me. I paid him in good faith and he should not steal from me.
