this is a rental agency, I have rented from them for 11/years, and have asked them to fix things in the unit and yet they don't they have broken their own contract by saying that no is to block parking yet one of our cars was blocked in and if there had been an emergency we wouldn't have been able to get our car out, and we have been on a month to month and now they are terminating our lease for no reasonthey dont have to give a reason, they dont repair anything on the propertywe have had a neighbor repair a broken gate and I myself have cleaned up the back lot which still has a hyvee shopping cart filled with garbage down there, and there is a leak in the gutter they havent fixedthey have told me they know about it, however they have never tried once to fix itthe maintenance team leaves garbage out on the sidewalks the security light in the parking lots are never on at night when I come home from work, but yet if I take my dog out for potty they lights are oni mean I ju
