Failure to show up or call on scheduled appointment
D&D installed our gutters. They subcontract the cleaning of gutters to the brother of the owner. Gutter cleaning was scheduled at 11 a.m. on 6/26/14 by [redacted]. At 11:35 he had not shown up. When I called him, he 1) Didn't know who I was, 2) Said oh, no, I forgot, 3) Launched into a story about his power washer was not working. When I asked why he didn't call, he forgot he had an appointment because it was a bad day. D&D needs to realize that the failure of their subcontractor reflects on their service. It shows a lack of customer care, lack of commitment, lack of follow up and leaves a very poor customer image.
