I found Lockes Expert & Quality Svc on Angie's List and I will never call anyone else for my AC needs. Basically my inside system would come on but would only get clicking from outside unit. I had already checked fuses prior to calling.
The tech showed up with in the time window I was given and within a few minutes figured out what the issue was (bad capacitor). Replaced and added some freon, cleaned off the outside coils, sucked out the drain all in about 45 min or so. Awesome tech (believe his name was Alvino), very polite and knowledgable. Price was around what I expected it to be.

[redacted] has done work for us for over 10 years. Always prompt end is great for emergency repairs. We have used him many times for wind damage. [redacted] is priced fairly and honest. We always recommend him. Does a professional job. Has roofed 9 eight families and 9 garages for us with no problems.

I had D&D services replace my roof this last past summer (2013) and then some. The initial estimate came in lower than expected and was happy to see the final bill happily within the estimate. As they were working, I added on additional, non-roof related jobs and they took them on, almost immediately. Where decisions needed to be made w/o me present, they picked well thought out defaults and kept me in the loop. My grandfather came over in the middle of the project to check on their progress. He's a master craftsman. To my surprise; They (D&D Services) got his nod of approval; something thats rare and hard to do.

Oh and they worked around us. My busy family, kids school schedule and dog. They literally picked my dog up, carried her safely over all the shingles/tare-off debris and into the back yard. They carried her back in again. At the end of each day, they cleaned up the entire site. Unless you looked up at the roof, you really didn't know construction was happening.

My wife and I will call on these guys again next year. I would suggest them to others as well. Hard to find good work. Even harder to find a group as cheerful and respectful as these guys.

D&D Services completed a 3 layer shingle tear off and complete re-shingling of my home. Overall, I think they did a great job and I would recommend them to friends, family, and anyone else. Pricing for the job was fair. Quality of work appears to be good since I've had a couple of windy rainstorms already and there appear to have been no leaks in my roof and no shingles blew off or fell off. The roofer was willing to answer any questions I had along the way while he and his crew were working on the job. They cleaned up my yard every day they were working on my roof. One minor drawback is that the job took a little longer than expected, but that is only because they initially expected a 2 layer tear off instead of the 3 layer shingle tear off that needed to be done.

I have worked with D&D Services for about 20 years now. They are very professional, reliable and hard working. They have very competitive prices and always do a thorough job. I highly recommend them for any commercial or residential exterior work you need done!
