Wasted my day, didn't bother to show, cancelled my appointment and lied multiple timesScheduling an appointment was difficult as you can't talk to anyone and many emails are don't make senseThey wouldn't even give me a time of day once I was finally able to schedule a dayThen they sent me an email with the incorrect window of arrival the day of (said 1:instead of 1pm-3pm.) Called me the day of the appointment at 11:and said that their previous apptcancelled and they could be there in minutes so I left work to meet the cleanersNothing for over an hour so I call and cant get ahold of anyone, can only leave messagesFinally at 1:I get a call back saying that the crew is there, but they are notI confirm my address, give cross streets and multiple points of reference but am told that I can't talk to the cleaners who are supposedly there, can only go through the officeMultiple phone calls back and forth with the office for almost an hour, figure out they are on my street, but miles away(looking back, i'm pretty sure that was a lie.) I give more info to get them there, at that point the office tries to get me to cancel, I say I'm not able to since I had a party the next day which is why I wanted the cleaningThen I call back at 2:saying that they are cancelling on me because they had another appointment to get to, this is obviously crap because it was still in my window of arrivalSo after them wasting hours of work, a day of dog sitting and a lot of my time, I cannot recommend this company to anyone

I have been using EverClean for over a year now and have been repeatedly thrilled with their cleaningGiven my arthritis I struggle with several things that they handled beautifullyI recently had one small area that was confusing and they came out the next day and resolved brilliantlyThey clearly care about the service they provide and have an incredibly kind and detailed teamI would highly recommend them

I contacted everclean to do a deep cleaning on a new home I purchasedI've used this company in the apartment I was previously in so I thought I would get the same service and same crewThe crew came in and did a horrible job of cleaning the home to the point of not cleaning the bathrooms showers, etcI contacted *** and other members of the office & explained to them what happenedI was told I was getting a new crew to come out and re clean the home as I paid $to have this service doneWhen the reclean was rescheduled the same crew came out to the home and the lead called me and texted me and was very rude to me stating that she wasn't going to clean the home for free and her assistant didn't want to clean my home because they aren't getting paidI asked them to leave my home and immediately called *** and told her what happenedI told *** that crew leader was Rude & Unprofessional and refused to clean the homeSo I asked *** to please return my funds for $

Hired Everclean to clean my house I was charged $for man hours Two cleaners show up for hours, which equals man hours Talked with *** and she said she would have the house cleaned for free on 9/1/(which I have in writing) On 9/5/17, I was charged $ Tried to contact her through email and phone I have not received a return call or email

We used their services for several months and experienced consistent service that was unsatisfactoryExamples of the below standard service include: the appointment only sent one person versus the two confirmed, this person was only in our two story home for one hourWhen arriving home, many of the services that were outlined when we set up their service were missed including simple services such as dustingManagement was notified and we were reassured they would address our concernsAnother example is when window sills, dusting and the floors were not cleaned (visible spots were noted), another example is a separate cleaning the spare bedroom was not cleaned at all; management was notified via email, were informed she could communicate to the staff in English and Spanish to meet the cleaning outlined in the initial agreementThe final cleaning before cancellation of the services, both of our son’s bedrooms were not cleaned at allWhen we notified management once again about the

This experience has been awfulIt started out as a great business relationship but after three years I noticed I have been getting charged for appointments I haven’t made or double charged for appointmentsThe first time I thought it was a miscalculation on my part but then it happened again and I asked for an itimized billThey refused and just sent a very blank general receipt without any descriptionsIt has been very frustrating because I always confirm my appointments, pay on time, and recommend their business to friends and colleaguesThey still refuse to refund me the extra money I’ve payed and they want proof of double payments but they refuse to send an itimized receiptI’m also sad to say that after the first intial appointments their service is terrible, they get the impression that you’re going to call back for another appointment so why put forth extra service effortI won’t be using or recommending them anymore

I hired Everclean on June 16, through a *** for four man-hours of cleaningThe cleaner did a phenomenal jobShe showed up on time and cleaned every observable surface in my house including basementThis was completed in hours, at which time she alerted me that she was done and I came in from the backyard to check the workI could not find any more work for her to complete, as everything was clean, and she left after hoursI subsequently arranged for monthly appointments of hours to be held on the first Saturday of each month, with the understanding (per the written confirmation provided to me) that it would be the same cleaner

We used this company for services The first one is the only one where they actually did what was promised in cleaning our home Ever time we used them, items were missed I could not ever get straight answers from the company when I would ask why things weren't cleaned After the 2nd cleaning, they did give us a $discount The last time the company was scheduled to clean Nov12th, the house wasn't vacuumed or dusted and a $cord that is used for my daughters projector came up missing Also a couple of items were broken in our homeI brought this to the attention of someone whom I assume is either the owner or a manager of this company It took a month before she responded back to me We finally had a conversation on Dec 14th and we agreed that a $refund would be acceptable I should have requested a full refund and the price of the cord, but I wanted this resolved so I could forget about it and move on and at least purchase the cord that was either stolen or destroy
