This email is in regards to a complaint number listed above. The customer approached us and asked if we could repair his lawnmower. Even after it was explained to him that we are a detail shop and not a repair facility.The mower's carburetor needed to be cleaned and replacement parts
were ordered and installed at our expense. The lawnmower was started and ran by our employees. When the customer arrived he started it no less than times himself. He let it run for several minutes as well. We loaded it into his vehicle and left after paying for bill.A few weeks later I heard from the customer again stating that his lawnmower would not start and he was going to go and buy another one brand new. He asked for a refund. I explained that the mower was working when it left here and that bill was to cover our own costs in the repair. I explained that no refund would be possible.I hope this explains our point of the business deal.
