D-D The Aquarium Solution USA

I purchased a aquarium skimmer model mce600 manufactured by this company from maximum reef aquatics in mount vernon ny on 9-21-2011. this is warranted for 1 year. the pump for the skimmmer went bad. since the end of july I have been trying to contact the company about the warranty replacement and so has maximum reef aquatics--salesman-ivan 1-914-667-7717. after mutiple e-mail attempts to the company [email protected] niether of us have gotten any response at all.ivan said to contact him if you need any other info. we cannot get any response from the company at all.also on there website is a contact form which I tried using several times and recieved no response.this is not fair.this was an expensive piece of equipment and want a new pump under warranty.
