I live on another Island,they are on MauiThey have the contract for Insurance Auto AuctionsI bought a riding lawn mower on line that was at their yardI called and the lady said It would be $130., to take it About or miles to the dockIt can be time consuming grantedThey get down there and I had told them it is a roll on and roll off.,guess what it has flat tires She then calls and says they have to take it back and put air in the tires,and will cost me $75.,I assumed it was $75,totalNo it was $So it cost over $to take the lawn mower to the dockI thought the $75,would be ok,but not happy,then $more was un fairI called and asked about this and she said I was lucky she did not charged time.,also I felt that roll on and roll off,was self explanatory,but their lack of knowledge on towing requirements,should not be charged all to me.,I was willing to take part of the lost for their short siteness,not allAlso,it wasn't flat from a hole or valve stem,just low.,my uncle had a tow business he carried and air tank,or could have stopped and got a couple cans of fix u flat ., still would not have been $I feel when we hire people in a business we shouldn't have to think for them ,should I have asked since it is a roll on and off , or does the tires need air , I did tell them about the rule about not to much gasI thought that was self explanatory .I feel I was Not responsible for this lack of thought .She said she was an owner , I asked incase she was just the dispatcher , and then she might not know the tires needed air

Review: On saturday the 6th I took my 1990 Honda Accord ex to Dago's towing and auto repair to have a new radiator put in. The man in charge told me it would cost me a all inclusive price of $220, this was not an estimate, this was what he said I would be charged. I had to go to work so I left the man my debit card information and went to work. He called me about two hours after I left my car with him and he said that the job was done, but he was charging me $359.34. He said my original radiator was "difficult" to get out of my car. They knew it was going to cost extra but did not notify me until the job was completed. I attempted to negotiate a lower price because the amount he demanded was more than I could afford. After I asked if he could help me out, I was threatened, they said "If you want to negotiate the price, we can charge you the full amount.". This is wrong. The business knew it would cost extra before they put the new radiator in, but did not ask me if it would be okay to continue, with the new price. I want to dispute the difference of $220 (which was stated in a verbal contract) and the $359.34 I was charged. This business cannot be allowed to bully its customers the way they bullied me.Desired Settlement: I want Dago's towing to refund me the difference between the original price of $220, and the price I was charged of $359.34. The difference being $139.34.
