#D&D Vacuum in Racine WI - WORST business in southeast WI! I would have given zero stars but the app forces you to at least give - not deserved!
Worth the trip to Kenosha or Milwaukee to get your vac needs cared for! Not the same company or ethics the father ran it with!
I brought in an Electrolux LE canister vac - old model but these machines have the second to the best motors and if kept up will run foreverWhen I dropped it off it was running great, my issue was with the cord, seemed like a short, later learned it was a cord winder issueAfter 6-weeks of having to call to find out what was going on, they never called me directly, and waiting for mysterious Don to call back, he always claims he never got the messageI sent my husband to pick it up, they put it in a box so my husband did not see what was going on with it at that timeRight after pick up a lady called me and said they forgot to give us the hose, so my husband goes back there and they hand him the hose and another part, the cord wonder with the electrical cord in itNot in the vacWe pulled the vac out of box and the housing was in pieces! The electrical wiring was all cut out and the winder laying next to it Remember it worked when I dropped it off almost months agoI called "Don" on Friday, wasn't in, he'll call you Monday at 9amIt's Tuesday so I called himDon told me it wasn't his issue the housing broke, was not concerned at all that there was zero customer contact or advisement about this and again said he never got the message to call me, three people work there, how hard could this be?
I told him that I talked to Electrolux in Appleton and it would be $250, approximately to fix this, if they could find the housing Don said non of this is his problem, even if my vac worked when I dropped it off Now I have no vac and a bill to fix or look at buying a new oneVery very disappointedRevdex.com will be hearing from me!

wish to respond to this matter
I consulted with the repair man and he distinctly
remembers the machine as we only put in approximately
brush motors a year, as they rarely failHe said the
machine was not in very
good shape, and the edgesweep
covers always have two screws, this is manufactured
this wayAll blue machines were manufactured with
blue- striped hose
If the customer were to match the serial number
from his machine to his purchase receipt he would be
able to tell that it is actually his machineAlso, if
I have the serial number, I would be able to tell when
and where manufacture
My employees are expected and DO treat all
customers with respect and dignityI have had an
excellent track record of over years without a Revdex.com
complaint, with thousands of satisfied customersI,
again believe, that in this case the customer is
mistakenEach machine is matched and tagged entering
and leaving the store
