Review: I initially ordered a dress from this business online almost two months ago. It took over a month to receive the order. When I did the items were not what I ordered from online, They did not look even similar. I decided to keep one of the dresses and returned the other dress (which was close to $60.00) The owner, Diamond, confirmed of a few other dresses that I liked from the website that she indicated at the time were in stock and as soon as she received my dress she would send me the new dress that I was exchanging for. We agreed upon a tan colored fitted maxi dress. That was the end of February, early March. The whole month of March I communicated with Diamond via email and each email she had an excuse as to why it was taking so long for the order to go out. She assured me in an email on 03/31/2016 that she was getting the dress on the following Monday which was 04/04 and that she would ship the dress out the following day. She indicated to me that she had to order it from her manufacturer and put extra money towards it. At this time I was irritated because she told me initially that she had the dress. On 04/04/16 I emailed her and she told me that she had my dress and it was going to be shipped the following day. I waited for almost a week and emailed her and requested the tracking number. I have since then emailed her 4 additional times and she has not responded to me. I even told her prior to the email where she stated that she was going to receive the dress on the 4th that I wanted my money back and that I had been extremely patient with her. I even explained that I would contact the Revdex.com. She responded with that she was trying and waiting on the manufacturer along with the "so called" money she had to spend to order the dress. At this point I am fed up and I feel that it is extremely unprofessional. She's not even communicating or responding to my emails and I am out of almost $60 for a dress that I still have not received.Desired Settlement: I want the dress this week or I want my money back.
