We continue to be unsatisfied with the "completion" of this jobNothing has changed since our last correspondence with you which was on Tuesday, October No one has been to our home since Monday, October I had sent *** a message on October which continues to be unansweredI’ve attached pictures to show the issues that remain in the basementThe only thing that has actually been completed by this company since we started the Revdex.com complaint was tacking up the siding on the garageThey began to put down concrete to fix the depressions in the floor but did not complete the task as the depressions remain. The contract states they will “pour concrete footers and install the addition onto a full basementFloor will be finishedThey will also frame out basement, insulate and drywall onlyThe basement will be ready to paint“ We do not feel this basement is ready to paint whatsoever which is evident by the attached picturesThe window continues to leak, and the last leak is pictured in one of the photographs which occurred yesterday (10/17) The previous email I had sent to Revdex.com stated what has been completed since the beginning of our complaint with Revdex.comThe email is as follows:“The day he received the notice from Revdex.com, he sent me a text stating he would be coming to fix the issues Saturday, October He did show up that Saturday with other guys (who worked on the initial project)*** put the siding up on the garage so that is completed; however, nothing else has been completed*** stayed at the home for about hours and the workers stayed for about Rather than addressing the drywall first, they started with putting concrete on the floorOn that day, they put one coat on the floor and then one of the workers came back the following Monday (Oct3) to put another coat onSince then, no one has been hereI sent a message to *** yesterday, but I have not gotten a response - They did not put filler on the floor as he originally said he would do so although they did cover the floor, there are still depressions on it which you can feel when you walk on itThe concrete that they did put down was not evenly completed so there are groves where their tools were used (they did not trowel/level it properly)There is a box covering the sewage line and there is a huge (3-inches wide), dried glob of concrete on the top of it so I would not be able to paint it without having to chip away this concreteThe concrete that they did put down has been sprayed up onto the drywall -Instead of removing the drywall that was moldy and starting to come apart, they sealed it in with concrete and, I'm not sure if this was done on purpose or accident, but the part that looked rotten was covered up by the concrete that splashed onto the drywallYou can still see the mold on this particular piece of drywall which is located under the window - The window has not been addressed yetWe have not had much rain lately so we have not had any leaks for about two weeks but should rain come, I expect that it would continue to leak The message I sent to *** yesterday is as follows: "***- what is your plan for coming to fix this? Thank you for doing the siding but all the rest still needs to be completedI'm not sure if you feel the floor has been completed or not but if you just walk on it you will feel that the low spots have definitely not been filled inThere is also a huge glob of concrete on the box that covers the sewage lineI can't really paint over that! There is concrete splashed up on the drywallThe window hasn't been touched and the drywall underneath still has mold on it and the part that appeared to be rotted away was covered by concreteThat's not going to do the jobI want that piece taken off and replacedIf it is moldy and rotten that is not acceptable in my bookAlso, the window was closed but not latched when your guys leftI understand you have places to go and things to do but when this is something that needs correcting I think the right thing is for you, as the contractor, to be on the job and stay there until it is complete rather than having the people who screwed it up in the first place staying to fix it." We are at our wits end with *** and this businessWe have been dealing with him for over a year and it feels like this is never going to be completed Is there any way a Revdex.com agent or another contractor could come in and take a look to state that this project is not completed and really is not acceptable? We do have pictures of these issues; however, the flooring is a big one and it has been difficult to get a picture showing the issues with the flooringOne would need to walk on it to feel it but it is still very apparentI am worried about the moldy dry wall, which will only get worse if the window continues to leakObviously, this can lead to health issues if it gets bad enoughIt’s one thing if my husband and I were to get sick but we have a one year old that I want to protect.” We continue to struggle with how to proceedThis addition is not satisfactory but the money has been paid to him as the construction loan had reached maturity and needed to be closed which meant to disperse final payment to ***We would like *** to come and fix the issues (although we’re leery on the quality of work that will be done) or have him refund the amount needed to finish the incomplete basement so we can hire someone else to fix these mistakesOur total loan was for $48,and we can’t afford to have someone come in to fix their mistakes

Hi,The last (and only( communication we had regarding our complaint against D&D Enterprises was on Jan. 3, 2017. D&D Enterprises indicated that by the end of January, they would be out to resolve the problem.  We have not seen nor heard from D&D Enterprises. It is now Feb. 20, 2017.John & [redacted]

We hired D & Dee Enterprises, LLC to dismantle and renovate a small bathroom last spring and it has been one thing after another. They missed the first deadline for completion, gave my wife a new completion date and didn’t meet that one either. The shower surround that they installed is now loose at the bottom and the gaps that were left during installation had to be chalked by my wife to keep water from running out the sides. The “first” sliding glass door that was installed for our shower was damaged during installation or installed incorrectly so that when I used it THE FIRST NIGHT it made a grinding noise and then the glass shattered; the owner was contacted the next day, he said it wasn’t their fault and we had to pay one of his guys to come install a new one. The sink that they installed leaked and when my wife called the owner he walked her through fixing it herself instead of coming out and taking care of it? They also didn’t countersink most of the finishing nails used to install the trim so I had to use an awl and a small hammer on them so they wouldn’t snag the towels or any cloths that bushed against them. When pulling the tape used to mask off the shower surround they pulled the texture off the wall then just painted over it! Now let’s talk about the two actual electrical code violations; he (the owner) actually installed a junction box inside of the wall behind our sink with no means to access it without taking the recessed medicine cabinet out of the wall! He also installed an outlet that was not GFI protected within 18 inches of our faucet. The reason that it has taken me so long to post this is because my wife and the owner have been in contact and he repeatedly told her that he would come out and take a look at some of these things. He has since broken off contact with her.

D & Dee Enterprises LLC likes to book projects, but never makes the deadlines. We accepted the proposal to reroof our 8 plex in Tomah WI, a 45 square roof with 5 peaks for ridge venting, 3 attics fans that were new needed to be reinstalled. The safety of this company is very questionable. A whole pallet of the plywood fell off the roof taking out a small tree and cracked a slab of our sidewalk. He never came back to take care of the repairs that he said he would in the spring. We accepted the proposal for $16,400.00 on 10/6/15 to be completed by 10/26/15. It didn't get done until a couple days before Thanksgiving. He keeps over booking and then when he feels like getting certain projects done, he does it on his own time and he has half of your money over $8,000.00. We were foolish to finish paying him the other $8,400.00 with him promising to repair sidewalk in the spring. We kept calling him and calling him, now won't even answer the phone. We advised him that we will get the repairs done and bill him and take him to court if we have to. None of his workers wore any safety equipment on our 2 story building. The sliding of the plywood could have killed one of our tenants if they were walking on the sidewalk at the time. My husband saw the pallet fall while he drive into the driveway and was horrified. The 3 attic fans, they did not cut a big enough hole for them and there is blockage to the fans than needs to be cut out so that the volume of extraction can be accomplished properly. [redacted] He said he's been in business for years and by this Revdex.com report it says one year. What were the names of his previous companies? Would not recommend his company. Change of people on our project kept changing each day, crews would not show up in the morning, slept in, they thought that was funny. Or we got excuses that he didn't have a crew for the next day. Once they start your project you don't know when they will show up.
