Review: [redacted] built a deck for me in Laurel Montana which I paid at least 4,000$. The quality of the deck is terrible.
The deck is not level, the rails are flimsy. It does not meet OSHA safety codes. He did not provide an itemized bill.
I took it in good faith and paid him after I addressed the problems with him and he said he would fix them.
I have attempted to call and have mailed a certified letter to the company and no one has responded.
This needs to be resolved before I take him to court for the full amount.Desired Settlement: He needs to fix the deck according to the price I paid, 4,000$
