I met with [redacted] to discuss the project and the issues at hand. We had a great meeting and we are looking forward to being back onsite to resolve all the issues discussed. We believe the matter has been resolved with a positive outcome.
Review: Concrete and brick work at my home in 2011. Work was not completed. Mr [redacted] came and reviewed with me the issues not resolved and in addition discussed a few other items I wanted to have completed at the same time. Mr [redacted] said he would send me an estimate later that day. That was 3 years ago and at least 15 phone calls later. My trees are dying and my front planters remain empty. The sprinkler system is still not working . I have left message after message and I can't even get him to call me back.Desired Settlement: I want the front planters sealed and filled with top soil and trees panted in them. I want the sprinkler system re-connected and working with an updated timer. I want the wall that his men left hanging, reinforced and the step installed to the next level up. I want the drain in the back yard (which they installed) repositioned so the water actually will drain out of it. I want the holes in the cement repaired. I want the edge of the concrete on the side of the house, that his men chopped up, repaired.
