On 12/26/I traveled to Atlanta from Florida via plane with my daughter,***We had an appointment 12/27/at the home of TLC's "Say Yes to the Dress", Bridals by LoriWhile my daughter was growing up, she and I watched Say Yes to the Dress togetherI made a promise several years ago, which I kept.*** had a positive experience at Bridals by Lori, which exceeded her expectations and mine.*** chose her dream gown! It is from the *** *** collectionThe style # is *** and model ***I purchased the gown and accessories (sash and veil) on 12/27/The gown cost $The total cost with accessories $I paid a deposit, $via my VisaThe receipt/ticket #*** lists***'s measurements, purchases, and payment*** *** was our bridal consultant, however, she didn't complet
I received a gown that did not match my measurements taken in store in August and my measurements at home March were the sameI was asked if I had gotten breast implants or had put on weightI did not trust Bridals By Lori to do the right thing so I asked for a refund for the dress and veilI was only granted a refund for the dress as it was obvious that the sizing was incorrect (the cup size in the dress was multiple sizes off from the size I gave them in store)They will not refund me the $for the veil, which matched the dress, even though they have the veil in storeThe veil is not currently in my possession and I have not received my money back
Upon receiving my daughters wedding dress the color didnt look like thebpicture we had of her in the dress that we took on the initial visitThe dress looks dingyThr picture pf mh daughter on the day of our visit is brighterI call Bridals by Loris and also emailedI spoke with *** and told her the color looks off so we decided for me to drive from Bham to AtlantaUpon arriving I was sent upstairs to meet with ***She had the sample hanging and we hung up the dress I had receivedI said rhe dress my daughter is in that we took on the day of our visit looks lighter and she said no its the same dress and we are back and forth then *** appears and says the dres you were sent is what you orderedIm am telling them no the one on the picutre looks lighter and the dress we received looks dingy and beigeI suggested we take the dress to the runway for brighter lighting and I al telling them the dress is still darkerAt which time *** starts to rush me long saying no and sorry th
