D & E Mitsubishi Reviews (1)
On 11-21-11 I took my car, a 2005 Chrysler 300 to have a headlight repaired. I had purchased a $200 bulb prior to coming and was wondering why it still wasn't working and hoping they could help. After leaving the car @ D&E for several hours they called and let me know the diagnoses and the cost would be around $500. I said I wasn't prepared to pay that and I would be on my way shortly to pick up the vehicle. I was charged a $99.00 fee, which I had already been informed of. But once I jumped in the car to leave and cranked the ignition, even before putting the car in gear or even moving it, it was obvious instantly that something was wrong. It had a loud rumble like a go-cart. The whole car shook. You could feel it sitting inside and you could see it standing outside. The doors looked like they would shake off the hinges. So I went back inside to bring the problem to their attention. I was told repeatedly we're sorry its nothing we can do. They didn't even wanna look to see if accidentally they knocked something loose or anything. After going back and forth and back and forth with me constantly saying, "But it wasn't driving like this before". One person hooked my car to a computer and said, "Looks like your car isn't firing on all cylinders". There is nothing we can do i'm sorry. So what could I do but try to get home with the car, shaking and rattling all the way there.
