D Eckert Construction

We contracted D Eckert Construction to replace a roof in 2012. Almost a year later it is still not repaired. We also contracted him to put in dormers. The dormers still are not finished and they leak. When we asked [redacted] in 2012 he told us it would take no more than a week or two to do the job. And as I said it is still not done. Besides that [redacted] took it upon himself when neither of us were here to do something with the wiring. After we got home we discovered our pellet stove, television and satellite burnt up from a power surge. We talked to a certified electrician and he said he should have shut all breakers off which he([redacted]) admitted to us he did not do. We would like something done about this but I don't know how to start the process of making him pay for things to be done right.
